Our construction management team will start their coordination concurrent with the design phase, so we make sure we are not deviating from our scope and cost during the design phase. Class B budgets and schedules will be developed during this phase. Value engineering is a crucial scope at this stage to help the designers make their design cost effective depending on the site and project specific requriements.
Once the project is tendered and negotiated on behalf of the owners, we execute the contracts, kick off the project, managing the site, implementing health & safety, quality assurance and control. We will manage the schedule and implement a world class cost control. Monitoring the overall project's approved budget and scope. Weekly and bi-weekly reports to the clients so they are assured of the progress and all other metrics.
Cost and schedule are the main metrics that are crucial in projects. Our construction management team will make sure that our clients are fully and transparently aware of all the details. The outcomes of our cost and schedule control practices will be delivered to the clients consistently.
