Final Inspection and Handover

This step involves a thorough walkthrough of the completed project to ensure that all work aligns with the agreed-upon specifications and standards. Any outstanding issues or minor adjustments (punch-list items) are addressed promptly before officially handing over the project to the client.

Client Orientation and Documentation

During the handover, we guide clients through their new space, explaining its features, operations, and maintenance requirements. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive package of project documentation, including warranties, permits, as-built drawings, and any other relevant materials for future reference.

Post-Project Support and Maintenance

Our support doesn’t end at project delivery. We remain available to address any post-completion concerns, ensuring a smooth transition into the use of the space. Clients also have the option to opt for maintenance packages or periodic check-ins to ensure the long-term performance and quality of their investment.
